I offer a variety of massage modalities including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Sports, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point Therapy.
I am certified in Orthopedic Massage through the OMERI institute, and really specialize in this area. If you are injured or dealing with musculoskeletal pain, and are looking for alternative methods of dealing with those issues I would love to work with you.
I have a passion for helping people who are in pain and I really believe massage can be a useful and effective tool in pain management. I also believe in keeping prices affordable so that people can get on a regular schedule of massage.
I work out of a quiet, private space in my home in Gypsum, with a separate client restroom. Please call for directions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me 48 hours notice. If you cancel within this 48 hour window, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, I do charge the full price of the session.
